By the time walls are ready, the handover date is close. Panels arrive finished and are fixed dry, so a lobby does not wait for stone to be cut, tiles to be grouted or texture to cure, and other trades can keep working around it.
What a builder's team really has to solve
The sample flat is needed before the launch
Sales cannot start without it, and it is usually built in a hurry. Panels let the show apartment and the sales lounge reach a finished look quickly, and they can be changed if marketing changes the theme.
Handover dates and snag lists
Common areas are finished last and inspected first. Stone and tile work brings cement slurry, grouting and curing into a nearly complete building, and chipped edges found in the final clean mean rework days before possession. A dry-fixed panel wall is easier to protect and easier to put right.

Typical floors repeat. Purchase needs one rate, one design code and material that arrives as each floor is ready, not a truckload stored in the basement for months.
The society inherits the upkeep
After handover, corridor walls take furniture moves and daily mopping. Charcoal, WPC, ACP and Clvin PVC panels are waterproof and termite-proof, and a damaged piece can be replaced without redoing the wall.
Which panel goes where in a building
Entrance lobby
UV marble or Maestà Bharat SPC sheets, ₹9,999 per 8 x 4 ft sheet, give a large marble look with few joints. A backlit alabaster panel from ₹240 per sq ft makes a focal wall behind the security desk.
Lift lobbies on typical floors
Wudonn fluted WPC or Clvin PVC, both from ₹99 per sq ft, are waterproof and termite-proof and repeat cleanly floor after floor.
Sample flat and sales lounge
Fluted WPC for the TV and headboard walls, charcoal panels from ₹200 per sq ft for a feature wall and Softiq, a clay-based flexible surface from ₹200 per sq ft, for a textured accent.
Clubhouse and amenities
Rattan cane webbing from ₹240 per sq ft and fluted WPC suit lounges and indoor games rooms. Flexible louvers from ₹300 per sq ft wrap columns and curved walls.
Corridors and staircase landings
Clvin PVC panels from ₹99 per sq ft are an economical way to finish long common walls that are cleaned every day.
Facade and entrance canopy
ACP sheets from ₹75 per sq ft are the standard material for facade bands, canopies and shopfront levels. FR-grade ACP is available.

FR-grade ACP is available, tested to EN 13501 Class B-s1,d0 by SGS. We share the test documentation for your project's fire consultant to approve. Raise it at the tender stage so the correct grade is in the BOQ.

Do you offer bulk pricing for builders?
Yes. Bulk and project pricing is available on request. Send the BOQ or the total wall area by product and we will quote a project rate. Starting prices are ₹75 per sq ft for ACP and ₹99 per sq ft for Clvin PVC and Wudonn WPC, material only.
Can deliveries follow our floor-wise progress?
Yes. Tell us the sequence and release each lot when the floor is ready. Each lot is dispatched within 24 working hours and reaches most of India in 5 to 6 days, with same-day delivery in Mumbai.
Will panels for the last floor match the first?
Tell us the total quantity and that the design repeats when you place the first order. We will confirm in writing how we hold design and shade across lots. Keep a small spare quantity for the society's future repairs.
Which panels are suitable for common areas that are mopped daily?
Charcoal, WPC, ACP and Clvin PVC panels are waterproof and termite-proof, so they suit lift lobbies and corridors. Keep rattan cane, Softiq and alabaster for dry feature walls in lobbies, lounges and the sample flat.
Do you supply ACP for facades, and is an FR grade available?
Yes. ACP sheets start at ₹75 per sq ft. FR-grade ACP is available, tested to EN 13501 Class B-s1,d0 by SGS. We share the test documentation for your project's fire consultant to approve.
Who installs on site?
We have installation teams in major cities. Elsewhere, your contractor's carpenters or fabricators fit the panels with our guidance. Tell us the project location and we will confirm in writing which applies.
