Panels arrive finished. They are fixed dry with adhesive or on battens, so there is no polishing, no paint smell and no curing time before the floor goes back into use. That matters most when the work happens at night or over a weekend.
What an office fit-out team is really up against
The move-in date does not move
Lease start, IT cut-over and furniture delivery are fixed long before the walls are finished, and every week of delay is rent paid on an empty floor. A wall finish that needs several trades in sequence is the first thing to slip. A panel wall is one trade and one visit.
The office is live
Refurbishing an occupied floor means working nights and weekends and leaving the place usable by morning. Cutting and fixing panels is far quieter and cleaner than sanding, laminating or spray painting on site.
Housekeeping inherits the finish
Corridors and pantry walls take trolley knocks, bag scuffs and spills. Painted walls need touching up again and again. Charcoal, WPC, ACP and Clvin PVC panels are waterproof and termite-proof and wipe clean.

Which panel goes where in an office
Reception and logo wall
Wudonn fluted WPC, from ₹99 per sq ft, gives a ribbed wood-look backdrop that frames a logo well. For a statement wall, alabaster sheets from ₹240 per sq ft are translucent and can be backlit.
Boardroom and meeting rooms
Acoustic PET panels, ₹150 per sq ft, are felt-like panels widely used on meeting room and cabin walls. Pair them with a fluted WPC wall behind the screen.
Director and manager cabins
Charcoal panels from ₹200 per sq ft give deeper textures and darker tones for a wall behind the desk.
Corridors and lift lobby
Clvin PVC panels from ₹99 per sq ft are a practical way to finish long runs. UV marble or Maestà Bharat SPC sheets, ₹9,999 per 8 x 4 ft sheet, give a marble look with few joints.
Columns and curved walls
Flexible louvers from ₹300 per sq ft bend around columns and curves, so round columns can be clad without building a boxed frame.
Pantry and breakout
Clvin PVC and WPC are waterproof and termite-proof, which suits walls near a sink or coffee point. Rattan cane webbing from ₹240 per sq ft adds a softer, woven look on dry walls.

FR-grade ACP is available, tested to EN 13501 Class B-s1,d0 by SGS. We share the test documentation for your project's fire consultant to approve. Tell us early if your project needs it, so the right grade is quoted.

Can wall panels be installed while the office is in use?
Yes. Panels are fixed dry, with no painting or polishing on site, so most teams fit them at night or over a weekend and hand the area back the next working day. Share your working hours and we will help plan quantities and dispatch around them.
Which wall panel is best for an office reception?

Do you have panels for meeting rooms and cabins?
Yes. Acoustic PET panels, ₹150 per sq ft, are felt-like panels commonly used on meeting room and cabin walls. Charcoal and fluted WPC panels are used for the feature wall. Ask us for samples of each before you finalise.
Can panels go over existing laminate, paint or tiles?
In most cases panels can be fixed over a sound, dry and flat surface. Send us photos of the existing wall and the panel you are considering, and we will confirm the fixing method in writing before you order.
Is there a minimum order, and do you give project pricing?
Bulk and project pricing is available on request. Tell us the quantity, even if it is one cabin wall, and we will confirm the price and any minimum for that product in writing.
Can you supply fire test documents for the fit-out file?
FR-grade ACP is available, tested to EN 13501 Class B-s1,d0 by SGS. We share the test documentation for your project's fire consultant to approve. We do not make fire claims for other panels.
Who installs the panels, and what is the warranty?
We have installation teams in major cities. Elsewhere, your fit-out contractor's carpenters fit the panels with our guidance. Every panel carries a 6-year warranty.
