We ship all across India and to select international destinations. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation and payment clearance.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Working days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location after dispatch:

Shipping Charges

🚚 Free Shipping on orders above ₹15,000

All orders with a cart value exceeding ₹15,000 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India.

For orders below ₹15,000, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the order weight and delivery destination.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Wall panels and large-format products are classified as oversized items due to their size and weight. An additional handling surcharge may apply for such items, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Oversized items are shipped via specialist freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely and without damage.

Courier Partners

We ship via Shiprocket (network of leading carriers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and others) and Gati for freight and oversized shipments. The carrier is selected based on your location and product type to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at mhdecollp@gmail.com.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates, duties, and delivery timelines vary by country and will be communicated at the time of order.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to mark it as refused. Then notify us immediately.

If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
