What is soft stone?
Softiq soft stone is a natural clay-based decorative panel, formed at 3mm and finished with the grain and texture of natural stone. Because it is clay rather than a quarried slab, it is light and flexible — it wraps the curves, columns and arches that rigid stone or tile cannot follow, and it cuts with an ordinary blade.
That single property, flexibility, is what sells it. A designer can run one continuous stone finish around a curved reception desk, a rounded pillar or an arched niche, with no visible joins fighting the curve. And because each panel weighs almost nothing, it fixes straight onto existing plaster, paint or board with adhesive — no structural load, no wet trades, no heavy stone fixing crew.

Every finish is 4 ft × 2 ft and 3mm thick. The collection splits into two profiles, and the palette runs from cool whites and greys through to warm earth and terracotta tones.

How is soft stone installed?
It is cut to size with an ordinary blade and fixed to any flat, dry surface with adhesive. There is no chiselling, no wet cutting and almost no dust, so a feature wall is typically finished within a few hours.
What finishes and sizes does Softiq come in?
The collection has 12 finishes, each 4 ft by 2 ft and 3mm thick, across two profiles: flat panels for clean stone fields, and fluted panels for linear texture and shadow. The palette spans cool whites and greys through to warm earth and terracotta tones.
Where should I not use soft stone?
Avoid it on constantly wet surfaces such as inside a shower, on floors, or on any surface that takes weight or impact. For those, use Clvin PVC, ACP or a purpose-built material.
