Health: what about the smell?
A new panel wall can smell faintly of adhesive for a day. Open the windows and run a fan for 24 hours after installation. Once cured, rigid PVC and WPC are stable materials that do not shed fibres or dust. Our acoustic panels go further and are made from food-grade PET.
Fire: know what is rated and what is not
Decorative panels are finishes, not fire barriers. Keep open flames, diyas and heaters away from the panel face. Where a building needs a fire rating, such as high-rise facades, lobbies and public areas, specify FR-grade ACP.

- Fix panels to a dry, sound wall. Treat seepage first, because panels hide damp but do not cure it.
- Leave expansion gaps at edges as the fitter recommends.
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap only.
