Whether it is a new opening or a refresh between seasons, the fit-out has a hard date. Panels arrive finished and are fixed dry, so a dining room or a floor of rooms can be turned around without waiting for polish or paint to cure.

An opening date that is already announced
Bookings, staff joining dates and launch events are tied to the opening. Site polishing of veneer and drying time for paint eat into the last fortnight. A finished panel removes those steps from the critical path.
Renovating without shutting down
Hotels refurbish floor by floor and restaurants work between lunch and dinner service or on a closed day. A wall finish that can be fixed in a short window, without smell, keeps the rest of the property trading.
Walls that take a beating
Chair backs, luggage, service trolleys and food splashes are daily events. Wallpaper lifts and stains and veneer scratches. Charcoal, WPC, ACP and Clvin PVC panels are waterproof and termite-proof and wipe down in housekeeping's normal round.

Which panel goes where in a hotel or restaurant
Lobby and reception backdrop
Alabaster sheets from ₹240 per sq ft are translucent and can be backlit, which makes a reception wall glow in the evening. UV marble sheets, ₹9,999 per 8 x 4 ft sheet, give a marble look with few joints.
Guest room headboard wall
Wudonn fluted WPC from ₹99 per sq ft gives a warm ribbed headboard wall that repeats cleanly across room types. Softiq, a clay-based flexible surface from ₹200 per sq ft, gives an earthy textured alternative.
Restaurant feature wall
Charcoal panels from ₹200 per sq ft give the darker, moodier textures that evening dining rooms use. They are waterproof and termite-proof.
Bar front, columns and curved booths
Flexible louvers from ₹300 per sq ft bend around a bar front, a round column or a curved banquette back.
Cafe and all-day dining
Rattan cane webbing from ₹240 per sq ft brings a light, woven look to dry walls, screens and ceiling features.
Banquet hall and pre-function
Long walls suit fluted WPC or Clvin PVC from ₹99 per sq ft. For washroom and service corridor walls, choose from the waterproof group: Clvin PVC, WPC, charcoal or ACP.

FR-grade ACP is available, tested to EN 13501 Class B-s1,d0 by SGS. We share the test documentation for your project's fire consultant to approve. Hotels and banquet halls are usually reviewed by a fire consultant, so raise this at the specification stage.

Questions hospitality designers and purchase managers ask
Which wall panels suit a restaurant?
Charcoal panels from ₹200 per sq ft and fluted Wudonn WPC from ₹99 per sq ft are the usual choices for a restaurant feature wall. Both are waterproof and termite-proof and wipe clean. Flexible louvers from ₹300 per sq ft suit bar fronts and curved seating.
Are the panels easy for housekeeping to maintain?
Charcoal, WPC, ACP and Clvin PVC panels are waterproof and termite-proof and can be wiped down as part of the normal cleaning round. Rattan cane, Softiq and alabaster are for dry feature walls and should be kept away from splash zones.
Can wall panels be used near the kitchen or a live counter?
Use panels in the dining and service areas, not inside the cooking line. For walls close to a kitchen pass or a live counter, send us the layout and we will advise in writing what to use and where to stop.
Can you supply room by room or floor by floor?
Yes. Share the handover sequence and we plan dispatch in lots, so material reaches site as each floor or area is ready. Each lot is dispatched within 24 working hours of your release and reaches most of India in 5 to 6 days.
Will later lots match for our next outlet?
Tell us at the first order that the design will repeat. We will confirm in writing the design code and how we hold shade for later lots, and we recommend ordering a small spare quantity for repairs.
Do you provide fire test documents?
FR-grade ACP is available, tested to EN 13501 Class B-s1,d0 by SGS. We share the test documentation for your project's fire consultant to approve. We do not make fire claims for other panels.
Is Softiq real stone?
No. Softiq is a clay-based flexible surface with an earthy, textured look, priced from ₹200 per sq ft for material only. It is used on dry feature walls such as a guest room headboard wall. Samples are available on request.
Who installs, and what warranty do we get?
We have installation teams in major cities. Elsewhere, your contractor's carpenters fit the panels with our guidance. Every panel carries a 6-year warranty.
